100Eats lets you vote head-to-head between restaurants, save places, mark visits and contribute other content. Rankings are generated from aggregated community votes and are opinions, not statements of fact or professional recommendations. We do not guarantee that any ranking, listing or restaurant detail is accurate, current or complete.

You agree to vote honestly. Manipulating rankings — including automated voting, multiple accounts, coordinated campaigns, or votes made in exchange for payment or benefit — is prohibited and may result in removal of votes and termination of your account.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt and display that content for the purpose of operating, promoting and improving the Service. You confirm you have the rights necessary to grant this licence.

You agree not to:

• break any applicable law or infringe anyone's rights;
• post defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene or misleading content;
• impersonate a restaurant, reviewer or other person;
• scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service or its security;
• use the Service for commercial promotion without our written consent.

Restaurant names, images, menus, map data and links may come from third parties or from our community. We are not affiliated with, and do not endorse, the restaurants listed unless expressly stated. Any dealings between you and a restaurant are solely between you and that restaurant.

The 100Eats name, logo, app, design and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. All other rights are reserved.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that food, service or safety at any listed restaurant will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or [LIABILITY CAP, e.g. USD 100]. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app or by emailing [SUPPORT EMAIL]. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service.
